My name is Whitney and I am 28 years old, I am a working mother and wife and have had a strong passion for all things photography. I first discovered this passion at a very young age, always taking pictures of people, wanting to capture every moment rather it was important or not, something about photography always has drawn me in, so in high school most of my "extra curricular activities" were centered around art class that had to do with imagery (photography, videography, video production, video and photo editing etc.) I then graduated from Chenango forks high school in 2007 with an advanced regents Diploma in art. I went to bcc in 2008 and studied history of photography but once my son was born I took a break and focused on being a mom.

 

In 2016 I finished a course on at SUNY Broome on "Mastering Digital Photography and Photographing People" and received a certification from my instructor Curt Simmons, since then I have been perfecting my skills and taking on new adventures in what I'm hoping will be a life long career in photography.
